RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Before you decide to return our product, we would like you to pause and understand how products are made at ECONOCK.
Most of the products made at ECONOCK are handcrafted by traditional artisans in India which results in products being unique and slightly different from each other. We DO NOT accept exchange/return if the product varies slightly in terms of design or colour. Slight marks and colour variations should not be considered as a fault, but they are inherent characteristics of the product.
All our products go through strict quality control before shipping and we encourage our clients to go through all product specifications online and clarify any doubts they may have before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted under following scenarios:
Shipping Damage/Incorrect order:
If your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unused, with original packaging and the packaging tag must not be tampered with.
Manufacturing Fault: Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at ECONOCK, there, however, could be some instances where the product has slipped through the check and there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we offer a free replacement but no cash refunds.
If you need an exchange for the above-mentioned issues, send us an email at customercare@econock.com with all the relevant order details and necessary pictures supporting your claim.
Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, you can return the product to us. We would ship out your replacement within 4 working days of authorised return and the receipt of the original product. Depending on where you live and the nature of the action required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
No Exchange will be given under following cases:
- Incorrect and outdated delivery address or any incomplete address. However, we will work towards a solution in getting the product to you.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our designated courier service provider
- Package refused by the client
- Sizing issues, we urge you to check the product description and the size guide carefully before placing the order.
- Products are used and in a damaged condition.
- Minor colour, design and material imperfections that are inherent to the material.
- Products that are on Sale are not eligible for any returns or refunds
- If our products are not faulty
Returning items by post or courier
If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at customercare@econock.com with your name, address, order number and reason for returning the item(s). Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. ECONOCK cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
In case you wish to cancel an order, you can let us know within 24 hours of placing an order, and if not shipped it can be processed. In such cases refund will be processed through the same mode within 10 working days. Any cancellations post 24 hours will not be entertained.
